106.) Chicago Bears – S Jaquiski Tartt, Samford
Small school prospect, but has been called an “SEC athlete” by multiple scouts. Tartt has ideal size (6’1 | 222) and hits like a missile in the run game. He is best suited for the strong safety position, but played plenty of snaps as a deep free safety and significantly improved his coverage skills last season. Tartt fits the profile Bears DC Vic Fangio looks for in that he can play both safety positions. He may have the versatility to play both safety roles, but his best skills are being a fierce hitter against the run and crushing receivers who try to go across the middle. The Bears defense needs some toughness and intimidation and Tartt could bring both at a position of need.
107.) Atlanta Falcons – RB Mike Davis, South Carolina
With the release of veteran RB Stephen Jackson, the Falcons could use some depth at the position. Last year’s 4th rounder, RB Devante Freeman, should be an upgrade over S-Jax, but may not be big enough to hold up as a featured back. Davis looked like a potential 1st round pick after his junior year, but injuries slowed Davis up last season and it’s unknown whether he can get back to his junior year form. If he does, the Falcons have a steal in the 4th round. Davis runs hard between the tackles and has shown the burst to break long runs earlier in his college career.
108.) New York Giants – G John Miller, Louisville
The Giants have plenty of weapons on offense, they just need to figure out a way to protect Eli Manning. MIller has the potential to step in and start at guard as a rookie.
109.) Tampa Bay Bucs -DE Trey Flowers, Arkansas
A sluggish combine dropped Flowers a round or two, but he is a hard working base end who will be solid against the run while providing occasional pass rush. Good value pick.
110.) Minnesota Vikings – RB Buck Allen, USC
One of the most underrated RBs in the draft who has the complete package of skills teams look for with power inside, good hands out of the backfield, shiftiness in the open field, and the ability to block in pass pro. If Allen would have stayed in school another year he may have been an early day 2 pick.

111.) Cleveland Browns – QB Garrett Grayson, Colorado St
The Browns keep bringing in QBs hoping to find a decent one. Grayson has plenty of talent and could end up starting in Cleveland by mid-season.
112.) Seattle Seahawks – CB Josh Shaw, USC
Fits the profile of big, physical DBs that Seattle has had so much success with over the last few years. Shaw had a significant off-field red flag, but hadn’t had one before or since and was a team captain previously, so I think teams won’t hold it against Shaw.
113.) Philadelphia Eagles – G Mitch Morse, Missouri
Versatile lineman who has played all three O-line positions and is probably best suited for guard in the NFL. Morse is strong, has good feet and the mobility to fit well in Chip Kelly’s high-octane offense.
114.) Miami Dolphins – CB Kevin White, TCU
The Dolphins have upgraded their D-line with the addition of Ndamukong Suh, but still have some question marks in their secondary besides Brent Grimes. If White were bigger he would have been an early day 2 pick, but he played well against taller receivers last season including shutting down the other Kevin White, who will be a top-10 pick in this year’s draft.
