115.) Cleveland Browns- WR Ty Montgomery, Stanford

The Browns have a couple small quick WRs (Hawkins, Gabriel) and a couple big slow ones (Bowe, Hartline), but Montgomery gives them a mix of both with good size, a muscular build, dynamic ability after the catch and kick/punt return skills. Montgomery had a poor 2014 season, but was considered a potential 1st round pick after his 2013 season and still has plenty of upside.

116.) Houston Texans – ILB Jeff Luc, Cincinnati

Some sites have Luc projected as an undrafted free agent, but I have a 3rd-4th round grade on him due to his football awareness that allows him to play much faster than his timed speed (4.83). Luc is a vicious hitter and should be a dominant run stopper right away, but struggles in coverage may limit him to 2-downs. Either way he will be a huge upgrade inside for the Texans.

117.) San Diego Chargers – WR Tre McBride, William & Mary

Polished small school receiver who has size, speed, and route running ability to contribute at the NFL level. After the loss of Eddie Royal, the Chargers don’t have much young talent at the receiver position besides Keenan Allen.

118.) Kansas City Chiefs –  CB Doran Grant, Ohio St

Played almost mistake free football as a senior for the national champs and ran a surprising 4.44 40-time at the combine. Grant is a technically sound corner who isn’t flashy, but has good technique and should be able to see the field as a rookie. I wouldn’t be surprised if Grant goes as high as late in the 2nd round.

119.) St. Louis Rams- G Jamil Douglas, Arizona St

Versatilie lineman who could play guard or right tackle. The Rams just need to field a respectable O-line this season and I think they are a playoff team. Douglas has a shot to start at guard, but worst case he will be a valuable swing lineman.

120.) Cincinnati Bengals -OLB Kwon Alexander, LSU

Ideal athleticism for the weak-side OLB position in the Bengals defensive scheme. Alexander is raw technique wise, but an explosive athlete with great speed, sound tackling fundamentals, and good instincts. He probably would have been an early day 2 pick next year if he had stayed in school and could be a steal for Bengals this late.

121.) Pittsburgh Steelers- DE Henry Anderson. Stanford

Hard working, lunch-pail type with better athleticism than expected from his unimpressive frame. Anderson can set the edge vs the run and is crafty enough as a pass rusher to generate occasional pressure on the QB. In a year or two when he gets stronger, Anderson could be a very good 3-4 DE.

122.) Baltimore Ravens – OLB Xzavier Dickson, Alabama

The Ravens just lost OLB Pernell McPhee to the Bears, but Dickson has a similar skill set and could provide similar production in a year or two. After a disappointing college career, Dickson finished the 2014 season strong and has NFL atleticism.

123.) Arizona Cardinals – ILB Bryce Hager, Baylor

Even if ILB Daryl Washington is re-instated, the Cards still need help at the other ILB spot as former 2nd round pick Kevin Minter has been a disappointment and Larry Foote has retired. Hager has great instincts, is a sound tackler, and showed better than expected athleticism at the combine.

124.) Carolina Panthers – OT Donovan Smith, Penn St

The Panthers have signed some retread OTs in Michael Oher and Jonathon Martin, but neither guy was good last year and Carolina definitely needs more talent at the tackle position. Smith is best suited as a right tackle and has the power to be a mauling run blocker while being wide enough to provide an obstacle in pass protection. With 1st round pick Humphries as a potential LT, Smith could solidify the right side and give the Panthers a solid tackle combo moving forward.
