4. Defensive Tackle

The Bears are switching to a 3-4 defense for the first time in franchise history.  They just invested in a pair of 4-3 defensive tackles in the 2nd and 3rd rounds last season, but it’s not certain whether either Ego Ferguson or Will Sutton will fit into Vic Fangio’s scheme.  The Bears have Jeremiah Ratliff, who’s had success playing the nose tackle spot for the Dallas Cowboys, but he’s had a pretty significant leg injury and is on the wrong side of 30.

Starter: Jeremiah Ratliff

Remaining Roster: Ego Ferguson, Brandon Dunn

Draft Options

Day 1: Danny Shelton, Malcom Brown

Day 2: Eddie Goldman, Jordan Phillips

Day 3: Gabe Wright, Bobby Richardson, Derrick Lott
