I absolutely love the upside with Miller and in Adam Gase’s offense, I love him even more. This is a guy that has gotten some very bad breaks in his short career with injuries and has been hit with the “Mike Brown” syndrome. He has been the recipient of a career ending injury each year in the NFL and has seen extremely little playing time because of it.

Most people gave up on him because of this including the team that drafted him – Jacksonville. However, I’m very happy that the Bears didn’t because if he can stay healthy, he will produce and be another dangerous red zone weapon for Jay Cutler.

What stands out about new Offensive Coordinator Adam Gase, is his ability to create ideal matchups for his best weapons and the self-scouting measures he takes.

It kind of reminds you of another big tight end that unexpectedly broke out in Adam Gase’s offense in Denver, doesn’t it? Hey, it’s not out of the realm of possibility that he can be the Bear version of Julius Thomas.

Miller is tall, has outstanding leaping ability and can adjust to throws very well. Not many people in Chicago, let alone outside of Chicago know who Miller is. However, after this year they will.
