With the 2015 NFL season less than 3 months away, it’s time to start doing prep work for your fantasy football draft. Over the next few weeks I will be breaking down every position with a primer, rankings, sleepers, busts, and rookies. Below are my QB rankings for the 2015 fantasy football season.

1. Andrew Luck, Colts – Threw 40 TDs in just his 3rd year in the league last season and the additions of Andre Johnson and Philip Dorsett plus the improvement of Donte Moncrief should give Luck even more weapons this year. Luck is a lock for a top 3 finish among QBs.

2. Aaron Rodgers, Packers – Has averaged 40 TDs per season over the last three years that he stayed healthy enough to play 16 games. He has better weapons (Nelson, Cobb, Adams, Lacy) than any other QB in the league and more talent as well. If he’s healthy, Rodgers is a lock for a top 3 QB ranking.

3. Russell Wilson. Seahawks- It seems weird putting Wilson with prototype QBs like Luck and Rodgers, but his fantasy stats back it up. He finished last year with just 16 less fantasy points than Aaron Rodgers despite throwing 18 less TD passes. The Seahawks offense may be too run heavy for Wilson to put up gaudy passing lines, but his rushing yards and TDs will close the gap. The addition of TE/WR Jimmy Graham gives Wilson a legit #1 receiver for the first time in his career and could provide a significant boost to both his passing yards and TDs. If Wilson throws only a few more TDs passes this year while providing the same rushing totals, he could surpass both Rodgers and Luck to be the #1 QB in fantasy football.
