Bennett posted career best numbers in receptions (90), yards (916), and touchdowns (6) last season.  Many experts are expecting those number to drop this season with the departure of Marc Trestman and his pass-happy offense, but I think his stats could actually improve.

The Chicago Bears will almost certainly run the ball more this year, but with a suspect offensive line making Jay Cutler check the ball down to his underneath options frequently and a whole mess of receptions to be made up for via Brandon Marshall’s departure, there will be a lot of targets coming his way.  Improving on his touchdown numbers from a year ago could go a long way in the eyes of the voters.
