It wasn’t pretty at all and Jay Cutler will now be out of action for at least two weeks, but that all means that there was plenty to observe in the Chicago Bears’ Week 2 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. After two games, there hasn’t been a single sack recorded, opposing quarterbacks have all day to throw, and there is little consistency on either side of the ball.
John Fox and the entire new regime is off to a very bad and embarrassing start. However now due to the Jay Cutler injury, the season is about to become very long and frustrating to watch. Week 2 didn’t offer up much optimism, but it did offer up plenty of observations.
