Chicago Bears vs Arizona Cardinals: Five Observations
3) There Is Still No Pass Rush

Vic Fangio and Pernell McPhee were supposed to be the answers to all the Bears struggles in sacking the quarterback, except they’ve brought more questions. McPhee hasn’t been a situation pass-rusher, he really hasn’t been a pass rusher at all and his contract looks foolish to begin the year.
McPhee is not the only one. There has hardly been a push up front on the defensive line in this new 3-4 defense and while many are calling for Jared Allen to depart, he at least forced a turnover on Sunday, all by himself. There was supposed to be plenty of pass rushers on this team but they all seem to be missing.
It’s early, but after two weeks, the Bears and Raiders are the only two teams who have yet to record a sack in the league. Going into Seattle next week, it’s hard to imagine they’ll get on the board against an angry Seahawks team looking to get their first win.
