2. Is Calvin Johnson done?  He’s 25th among NFL pass catchers in yardage and only has one TD through five weeks.  Fantasy owners need to know!

The fantasy perspective doesn’t matter to me, but his NFL career is certainly not at the end. The whole offense has been a complete mess and there just haven’t been any opportunities for Calvin Johnson to bust the big plays we’re used to seeing from him. It has been a lot of shorter routes and he’s been seeing a lot of passes his way after there being few in the first couple weeks of the season.

3. Does Matt Stafford have a bounce back week against the Bears shaky secondary?  Why has Stafford struggled so much this season?

It’s as good of an opportunity as any for Stafford to get back on track. Last year’s game against the Bears in Detroit was one of his best performances of the season and while the Bears are improved on defense, they aren’t exactly in line with the caliber of defenses the Lions have faced so far (Chargers, Vikings, Broncos, Seahawks, Cardinals). But, it isn’t all on Stafford. He has to make good decisions but the offensive line has to do a better job of protecting him and open some running lanes to keep the offense from getting too one-dimensional.
