Every week on Tuesday, I will be posting my top Fantasy Football waiver wire pick ups for the week. Only players owned in under 50% of Yahoo leagues will qualify. There are all sorts of leagues out there with different levels of competition and varying player pool depths, so I will have a few picks with under 50% ownership, a few under 30%, 15%,  and usually at least one deep sleeper under 5%.

The players are listed by position first, then by the order that I would add them. If there are any players you have a specific question about feel free to hit me up in the comments or on Twitter.

Week 6 Waiver Wire Picks:

More from Bears Fantasy Football

Quarterback

Tyrod Taylor, BUF (50% owned) – Has over 20 fantasy points in three of five starts and even in his “bad” starts still topped 15. Taylor has a friendly match up with the Jags this week and I’m comfortable starting him the rest of the way.

Blake Bortles, JAX (44%) – He still doesn’t always pass the eye test, but has had over 25 fantasy points in each of the last three games and the Jags suspect defense is forcing Bortles to air it out every week.

Jay Cutler, CHI (35%) – Despite playing behind a makeshift offensive line and with a no-name receiving core, Cutler has played well the last few weeks. He now has Alshon Jeffrey back which should give Cutler’s fantasy numbers a boost into the borderline starter / solid backup range.
