Running Back

Latavius Murray, @SD (55%, 13) – Coming off a bye week the Raiders should be looking to re-ignite their ground game against one of the friendliest run defenses in the league. The Chargers are giving up more fantasy points to RBs than any other team so far this season and Murray could have a big day.

Todd Gurley, CLE (55%, 15) – Has been unstoppable in his last two games and the Browns have been a bottom five D against the run so far this year. As long as the Rams keep giving Gurley the ball, he should have a monster game.

Danny Woodhead, OAK (49%, 8) – Rookie RB Melvin Gordon has had a hard time holding on to the football, so the Chargers could lean heavily on Woodhead as they did in the 2nd half last week.

Rashad Jennings, DAL (34%, 8) – The Giants running game has been frustrating for fantasy owners so far this season, but Jennings has been getting the bulk of the work the last two weeks and that should continue against a Cowboys D giving up the 3rd most fantasy points to RBs.

Christine Michael, @NYG (18%, 6) – Finally getting a chance to be the lead back this week for the Cowboys. Michael has a ton of athletic potential and I think the Cowboys will give him a long leash this week in the hopes that he is more productive than Joseph Randle. The Cowboys still have an awesome O-line and Michael could be an impact fantasy player the rest of the season.

Duke Johnson, @STL (24%, 7) – The Rams run D has been solid, but the loss of OLB Alec Ogletree has weakened their pass defense in the flat and Johnson has been getting 6+ targets out of the backfield the last few weeks. This is a PPR only play and more of a gut feeling, but I think Johnson is going to have a big game this week.

Antonio Andrews, ATL (6%, 7) – The Titans running game has been anemic, but if there is a week they could breakout it’s this one against one of the worst run defenses in the NFL. The loss of QB Marcus Mariota could force the Titans to lean on Andrews more than usual and he should get the red zone carries.
