Tight End

Gary Barnidge, @STL (60%, 7) – The Yahoo projection system keeps underestimating Barnidge, but he has five TDs over the last four weeks and has become Josh McCown’s safety-valve receiver. He’s got a tough match-up this week, but he did last week as well vs the Broncos and scored two TDs. Start Barnidge with confidence.

Julius Thomas, BUF (49%, 9) – I was skeptical of Thomas’ value without Peyton Manning, but he looked like his old self in his first game back from injury last week. Jags QB Blake Bortles targeted him 13 times and he should be involved often this week as well.

Jason Witten, @NYG (45%, 7) – His numbers have dipped since Tony Romo’s injury, but Witten is probably the Cowboys best receiver with Dez Bryant out and he should be good for at least 6-7 targets.

Charles Clay, @JAX (37%, 7) – Has had 13 targets in two of the last three games and has become one of the Bills top receiving options. Clay should see plenty of looks with backup E.J. Manuel in there. I wouldn’t be surprised if dump off passes to Clay were the bulk of their passing attack. I’m not sure Manuel can complete much else.

Ladarius Green, OAK (10%, 5) – The return of Antonio Gates figured to be the end of Green’s fantasy value, but he has scored in both games since Gates’ return and is still being used often. The Chargers WR core is banged up (and not very good) which should mean plenty of looks for Green. I’m not starting him every week, but the Raiders have given up the most fantasy points to TEs so far this season.
