Every week on Tuesday, I will be posting my top Fantasy Football waiver wire pick ups for the week. Only players owned in under 60% of Yahoo leagues will qualify. There are all sorts of leagues out there with different levels of competition and varying player pool depths, so I will have a few picks with under 60% ownership, a few under 30%, 15%,  and usually at least one deep sleeper under 5%.

The players are listed by position first, then by the order that I would add them. If there are any players you have a specific question about feel free to hit me up in the comments or on Twitter.

Week 9 Waiver Wire Picks:

More from Bears Fantasy Football

Quarterback

Jay Cutler, CHI (33% owned) – His numbers have been modest, but Cutler is averaging close to 20 fantasy points per game and playing some of the best football of his Bears career right now. He has a potential shoot-out looming vs the Chargers this Monday night.

Tyrod Taylor, BUF (40%) – Before his injury Taylor was averaging over 20 fantasy points per game and has a favorable schedule the last few weeks of the fantasy season.

Derek Carr, OAK (39%) – Shocked everyone with a 333 yard, 4 TD game against one of the best defenses in football (Jets) last week. His fantasy lines have been inconsistent, but the talent and upside is there for a starting caliber fantasy QB.
