2015 Fourth round draft selection, Jeremy Langford, will be getting the nod as the starter at tailback for the Chicago Bears on Monday night versus the Chargers. In what will be Langford’s first career start, he will be filling the shoes of veteran tailback Matt Forte – Who just happens to be the second all-time leading rusher in Bears history. On the other sideline will be the Charger’s first round draft pick, Melvin Gordon. Gordon was in a race with St. Louis Rams running back, Todd Gurley, for the top spot amongst tailbacks entering the 2015 NFL Draft. With that being said, Gordon has been on a bit of a hot seat as of late.

A lack of focus when it comes to carrying the pigskin has led to Gordon fumbling four times in his first eight games, but after only seeing the ball seven times in week seven, Gordan recovered by rushing eighteen times in the Chargers matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. In what should be an interesting duel, which rookie will reign supreme? Only time will tell.
