Sit’em

Quarterback

Eli Manning, NE (70%, 19) – Who knows what to expect from Eli? He followed up his five TD game with a 14 fantasy point dud last week. The Pats defense has been stingy against opposing QBs and while Eli may be forced to throw a lot to keep up, I just don’t trust him right now. Take away his 44 fantasy point game against the Saints and Eli is averaging just 10 fantasy points in his three last games.

Russell Wilson, AZ (40%, 18) – It’s been a disappointing year for both the Seahawks and Wilson’s fantasy owners. He has under 20 fantasy points in all but one game this season. His O-line isn’t giving him time to throw and Wilson isn’t running at all in the red zone.

Carson Palmer, @SEA (38%, 18) – I’m generally avoiding most skill players in the AZ/SEA battle this week. I think it will be a defensive grudge match with a low point total and disappointing fantasy stats all around.

Jay Cutler, @STL (18%, 16) – I’m sorry Jay. I’ve been praising Cutler’s real-life performance most of the season and he’s been useful in fantasy as well with at least 19 points in five straight games. As much as it pains me to say, I think that streak comes to an end in STL this week against the Rams fierce pass rush.
