Position: Nose Tackle

College: Baylor

Height: 6’1″

Weight: 311

Game: Oklahoma (8-1) at Baylor (8-0) – Saturday, November 14th – 7 P.M. CT – ABC

A native of Waco, Texas, Billings has become the anchor of the undefeated Baylor Bears defensive line. Weighing in at just over 310 pounds, Billings can slide right into the starting lineup of the franchise that makes him their selection.

“Billings is a freak athlete of a 3 technique with an insanely quick first step. Explosive pass rusher. Not many flaws.”

Billings is about as explosive as any interior defensive lineman that I have seen come out of the college ranks since Ndamukong Suh.

Jonah Tuls, a collegiate scout for Draft Breakdown, had this to say when I inquired about the Baylor standout, “Billings is a freak athlete of a 3 technique with an insanely quick first step. Explosive pass rusher. Not many flaws.”

The Baylor Bear would give the Chicago Bears the second piece to their solution at defensive line. With this addition, the Bears could kick Eddie Goldman out to defensive end and allow for Billings to take over the nose tackle duties.

A core on the defensive line of Eddie Goldman and Andrew Billings would give the Bears a foundation that they could build around for years to come.

Make sure to check out Billings this Saturday as the undefeated Baylor Bears take on the one loss Oklahoma Sooners.

Make sure to let me know your thoughts in the comment section about these prospects or any other college football players that you think would fit in the Bears organization.
