Wide Receiver

Larry Fitzgerald, GB (81%, 14) – I think it’s awesome that Fitz made the Pro Bowl and has had a great season, but over the last two weeks he’s averaging less than 50 yards per game and just four catches. I think the Cards are resting him for the playoffs and he’ll continue to get less snaps and target than usual.

Danny Amendola, @NYJ (45%, 11) – Had only two targets last week and with the return of Gronk, flashes of catching ability from LaFell, and contributions from RBs James White and Brandon Bolden… Amendola has become somewhat obsolete. It’s hard to trust any WR on the Pats due to Belichick’s tendency to purposely screw over fantasy owners.

Davante Adams, AZ (26%, 10) – If only he could catch, Adams would be having a monster season. Against the Bears, Adams only caught two of eleven passes and dropped a pass right in his hands that would have resulted in a 50 yard TD. Adams was one of the most sure-handed receivers in college and it’s just a matter of time until Adams finds his hands again. It may not be this week, but barring a playoff run, Adams is going to be a steal next year. He’s too talented to keep playing this bad, but He can’t be trusted right for fantasy purposes right now.

Marvin Jones, @DEN (25%, 9) -I’ve been a Jones fan the last few years, but with AJ McCarron as QB facing the Broncos suffocating pass D is a bad combo for Jones’ fantasy prospects this week.

Andre Johnson, @MIA (25%, 9) – It’s been six weeks since Johnson has had over 50 receiving yards in a game. I expected a solid year from Johnson, but he has been worthless most of the season outside of one rivalry game against the Texans.

Roddy White, CAR (11%, 8) – Hasn’t scored in his last eight games and hasn’t topped 60 receiving yards since week 1. White has no business being in any lineups this late in the season.
