North Carolina

#78 G Landon Turner (6’3 | 325 | 5.32)

Powerful run blocker who will have his hands full today with Baylor’s NT Andrew Billings. Turner is a road-grader in the run game and anchors well against bull rushes, but occasionally struggles with speed rushers. He’s at his best driving the man in front of him off the line of scrimmage, but hasn’t been as effective when asked to move laterally.

Projection: 2nd Round

#14 WR Quinshad Davis (6’3 | 220 | 4.59)

Ideal size for an NFL WR and has been a productive red-zone weapon with 25 career TD receptions. Davis also holds the NC record for receptions with 199. He hasn’t shown much ability after the catch with just 12.4 yards per reception, but his size, reliable hands, wide catch radius and willingness to run block should get him drafted at some point on day 3.

Projection: 5th-6th round

#12 QB Marquise Williams (6’2 | 225 | 4.78)

Finished off a roller coaster college career with an impressive senior season, throwing for 21 TDs, running for 11 more, and even catching one for 33 total touchdowns. Scouts are mixed on whether Williams is a legit NFL quarterback prospect, but I think he’s underrated. He’s completed over 60% of his passes since taking over as a full time starter last year and has had some huge games. His consistency and accuracy are issues, but when he’s on he looks like a draftable QB. Williams has the size, arm strength, and speed to be a dual-threat NFL quarterback.

Projection: 6th-7th round
