Matt Forte may have played his last game as a Chicago Bear. GM Ryan Pace is focused on getting the team younger and building depth and giving a multimillion dollar contract to a 30-year old running back is probably not high on his “To Do” list, even if that player is still performing at a high level.

It’s not to say there’s zero chance that Forte is in Chicago next year, but odds are he’ll be on another team. Of those teams, you are probably looking at teams that are looking to improve their backfield and have their eyes on contending next season.
