10 Potential Destinations for Matt Forte in 2016

While this move doesn’t make a ton of sense, it’s the type of move Ryan Grigson would make. While the Colts need help on the offensive line and on defense, Grigson likes trying to add more weapons for Andrew Luck. With Frank Gore already in the mix to return next season, this would make the Colts backfield rather crowded.

Luck could use a security blanket to utilize when he doesn’t have an open receiver downfield, but while the signing makes sense there, it doesn’t make sense much beyond that, which is exactly why Ryan Grigson probably has Forte on his free agent target list right now.
