Gary Kubiak loves to run the football. CJ Anderson and Ronnie Tillman weren’t exactly Bo Jackson and Marcus Allen back there last season. Whether Peyton Manning comes back for another season or Brock Osweiler is given the reigns at QB, the Broncos are going to need a reliable backfield next season. Anderson and Tillman probably isn’t strong enough to support either QB.

If the Broncos brought in Forte, he would greatly improve the running game and give both QBs are reliable receiver out of the backfield which they both will most certainly need next season. This is the first location that really starts making sense for both parties.
