All Bears fans my age or older know that Ryan left to become head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles after this season, but how he told his team was truly dramatic. I’ve read this story in books before, but never has it come to life like it did in the 30 for 30.

The way it was described on the eve of Super Bowl XX: Ryan holding back tears, Hampton and McMichael erupting in anger, and then the team rallying and uniting to destroy the New England Patriots the next day felt like something out of a movie.
