15th overall- Paxton Lynch– QB- Memphis- Los Angeles Rams

Quarterback is pretty high up the list for the Rams after the trade of Sam Bradford for Nick Foles appears to be a complete failure. There’s talk that despite what happens with this season’s draft that Jeff Fisher intends on starting the unheralded Case Keenum in 2016. Not exactly a win for the Rams regarding the quarterback swap. So it looks as though they want Paxton Lynch to develop this season and likely have him ready to go in 2017. Lynch has a lot of upside, but also needs a lot of development coming from a spread 1 read system.
