27th overall- Emmanuel Ogbah– EDGE- Oklahoma State- Green Bay Packers

Some people think the Packers want to draft an inside linebacker so they can move Clay Mathews back outside, but I am not so sure about that. I think Mathews athleticism plays well in the middle and they can always move him around and have him rush outside situationally. He’s been very good since moving there. This is why I feel rather than going with Reggie Ragland as is the popular choice they go with Emmanuel Ogbah who slips to them, and Ted Thompson can’t get to the podium fast enough to turn in the card. Ogbah won the combine with his impressive measureables at around 270. Ogbah plays with heavy hands, and flashes playmaking ability from the edge. On tape however he does look stiff, and his counter moves are a work in progress. Can run himself out of plays in the run game too, and he doesn’t seem to play to his 4.6 speed, but this late in the draft the Packers couldn’t be more thrilled to get a player most have in the top 15 on their draft boards.
