127th overall-Deion Jones-OLB-LSU

Deion Jones is another one of these hybrid safety/linebacker types. A typical LSU quick twitch athlete with good instincts and speed. Something the Bears are looking to add to their team profile. A playmaker who can blitz, cover, play the run, and cause turnovers with good ball skills or jarring the ball out of a ball carriers hands.

Alternate pick:
A.) Antonio Morrison-OLB-Florida- Another one of my favorite players in this draft. High motor player who plays physical and an incredible hitter. Good leader who will contribute well on special teams.
B.)Kenneth Dixon-RB-Louisiana Tech- One of my very favorite running backs in this draft. A touchdown machine. Can catch. Runs with power and speed. Can move the chains and take it to the house.
C.) Nick Vanette-TE-Ohio State- I Think he can be better as a pro than as a collegian. He was underutilized in Urban Meyers spread system. Big, and aggressive blocker with good hand who profiles as a classic Y inline tight end at the next level.
