We at Bear Goggles On are very excited to debut our new podcast! This is the first episode of “Bears Banter: The BGO Podcast.” This podcast will appear semi-regularly during the offseason and regularly during the season. There will be plenty of guests, whether that be writers from our site or Chicago Bears’ insiders from around the city. Who knows, maybe we’ll surprise you with some big guests along the way.

It will be entertaining, informative and we hope becomes a destination for rabid Bears’ fans. In the first episode, Hub Arkush joins the podcast. Hub is the chief editor at Pro Football Weekly and is regularly heard on Chicago radio and is a sideline reporter for Westwood One’s NFL broadcasts. Hub has been around the Bears franchise for decades and knows this team as well as anybody.
Hub and myself discuss Ryan Pace’s offseason, the issues that face this offense, the Matt Slauson trade rumors, and if the Bears would make a push for Muhammad Wilkerson.
