Love him or hate him, Jay Cutler has been a very capable QB at the NFL level for a decade. He shows flashes of brilliance but still will make fans pull their hair out with mind-numbing turnovers. He’s earned a Pro Bowl nod during his career and now owns just about every Chicago Bears passing record. While he hasn’t been a franchise-altering quarterback, the fact that there are still six NFL players better than Cutler that have been selected 11th over the last fifteen years shows how bountiful the talent has been at this selection.
