The Bears never were much for throwing the football, but Dick Gordon was a legitimate receiving threat for Chicago for several years. Gordon had a career year in 1970 when he caught 71 balls for 1026 yards and 13 touchdowns. His receptions and TDs led the league and he was named first team All-Pro.
