11.) Chicago Bears – OLB Leonard Floyd, Georgia

The Bears don’t have an explosive edge rusher on the roster and Floyd has one of the quickest first steps in the draft.

12.) New Orleans Saints – DL Sheldon Rankins, Louisville

The Saints need help everywhere on defense, but Rankins makes a lot of sense for a team with no interior pass rush.

13.) Miami Dolphins – CB Vernon Hargreaves, Florida

Getting arguably the best corner in the draft at 13 is good value for the Dolphins who need to replace Brent Grimes.

14.) Oakland Raiders – ILB Reggie Ragland, Alabama

The Raiders are a wild-card who could go in a few different directions with this pick, but they don’t have much of a presence in the middle of the field and Ragland would give them a tough run-stopper inside.

15.) Tennessee Titans – OT Jack Conklin, Michigan St

The Titans still get a top tackle after moving down 14 spots and picking up a ton of high picks in the process. This would be the best possible scenario for them if they don’t move up.

16.) Detroit Lions – OT Taylor Decker, Ohio St

The Lions need to do a better job protecting Stafford and there is a significant drop off at tackle after Decker.

17.) Atlanta Falcons – LB Darren Lee, Ohio St

The Falcons need speed on defense and they don’t get much faster than Lee.

18.) Indianapolis Colts – C Ryan Kelly, Alabama

This seems like a no-brainer for the Colts which probably means GM Ryan Grigson will draft an OLB.
