19.) Buffalo Bills – DE Kevin Dodd, Clemson

Rex Ryan’s son plays for Clemson so he should be familiar with Dodd. More importantly, Dodd fills a need as a pass rusher across from Jerry Hughes.

20.) New York Jets – OLB Noah Spence, Eastern Kentucky

The Jets have a fierce front line, but lack much explosiveness off the edge. Spence has some off-field concerns, but is the best available pass rusher left.

21.) Washington Redskins – DL Jarran Reed, Alabama

The Skins need bulk on the d-line and Reed is one of the best run-stuffers in the draft.

22.) Houston Texans – WR Josh Doctson, TCU

The Texans need a deep threat across from Hopkins. Doctson isn’t the fastest player available, but might be the best at going up to get the ball.

23.) Minnesota Vikings – WR Laquon Treadwell, Ole Miss

Teddy Bridgewater needs a big possession receiver to help move the chains. Treadwell lacks deep speed, but that’s not Bridgewater’s strength anyway.

24.) Cincinnati Bengals – WR Corey Coleman, Baylor

One of the most explosive receivers in the draft who runs a limited variety of routes but runs them well. There are rumors about personality issues, so he should fit right in on the Bengals.

25.) Pittsburgh Steelers – CB Eli Apple, Ohio St

The Steelers need help in the secondary and have been working out all of the draft’s top corners. I think Apple has more upside than any of options left.
