Jonathan Bullard was, personally, my favorite draft pick that the Bears selected. If you check out our article featuring the highlight packages of every rookie, you will see why. He is an absolute machine against the run and spends most of his time in the backfield creating havoc.

Bullard needs to work on his pass rush technique, but even if he never develops into a great pass rusher, his running stopping ability will make him one of the most well-known 5-tech defensive ends in the league in the near future.

This was a great selection by the Bears and one that should start helping the defense immediately. It would be shocking if Bullard doesn’t become a legitimate starter on the Bears’ defensive line.
