On the latest episode of ABC’s Celebrity Family Feud, the show welcomed in some NFL players to participate. The NFC offense took out the AFC defense and was playing for the $25,000 grand prize for their selected charity during the “Fast Money” segment.

Minnesota Vikings Quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was up second and when he was asked to answer, “Name a material that grocery store bags are made of.” Plastic was off the board, so Teddy went with the next logical choice.

Steve Harvey’s reaction to Bridgewater is almost as priceless as Teddy’s answer. San Diego Chargers linebacker Melvin Ingram chimes in with, “They deserve to lose for that one.” He’s not wrong. Bridgewater and Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson both had some gems throughout the show, but that one takes the cake.

With quick decisions like that, you’ll have to wonder if Teddy will ever be able to make the quick reads needed to avoid blitzing linebackers. Luckily for him, his teammate, Detroit Lions wide receiver Marvin Jones, picked him up and Bridgewater only needed one correct answer to bring home the bacon for their charity.

You can guarantee one thing, Bridgewater isn’t going to live this down anytime soon, but at least he has a good sense of humor about it. If I was the Chicago Bears defense, I would make sure one of the hot reads against the Vikings is “trees” on October 31st.
