2. The Bears lost their longtime running back Matt Forte as a free agent to the Jets.  Similarly, the Texans parted ways with Arian Foster.  Foster is still a free agent.  Any chance he ends up signing with the Texans?  How will the addition of Lamar Miller affect the Texans offense?

I’m sorry to say but I would be shocked if anyone in the league signed Foster now. He has been way too injury prone and last season he rushed for less than three yards per carry when he did suit up. He was a beast, but the bruising play took its toll.

What Miller brings is some youth and explosion. He’s capable out of the backfield, not as good as Foster was, but can contribute there. He should be a three down back who can produce at a high level.

3. JJ Watt played through some injuries last season and had to undergo surgery this offseason.  Is he back at full strength yet?  Any chance he misses the season opener?  Jay Cutler and Bears fans are crossing their fingers!

Sorry, but I think he will be hanging with Mr. Cutler on opening day. He recently went through his first full practice and said he feels great. That’s a bad sign for opposing teams because J.J. is simply dominant.
