The Chicago Bears released their first depth chart of the 2016 season without many surprises but some concerns about their depth at some positions.

There aren’t usually many surprises when teams release their first depth chart of the season and that held true for the Chicago Bears, who released their first depth chart of the 2016 season ahead of Thursday night’s matchup against the Denver Broncos in the kickoff of the preseason slate.

Injuries create opportunities for some individuals and expose holes at some positions.  Some positions look like they could be areas of strength while others may be keeping general manager Ryan Pace up nights and scouring the waiver wire.  Let’s look at some of the key areas:
