4. The Running Backs

The Bears have plenty of questions on the roster, but the running back position is wide open. Jeremy Langford will start and most likely start week one against the Houston Texans but that doesn’t mean he’s going to see all the action. The Bears love Jordan Howard and he is going to see plenty of action later in the game and it will be fascinating to see how he runs against NFL players.

Ka’Deem Carey is playing for a roster spot. Many people assume he’s a lock for the roster, but if he’s outperformed by Langford and Howard and if Jacquizz Rodgers or Senorise Perry play well, the Bears may decide to part ways with the Phil Emery drafted running back. As long as Carey looks good, he’ll secure his roster spot, but the Bears are going to give everyone an opportunity in the backfield and nothing is set in stone at this point.
