3. Daniel Braverman
The seventh round draft pick is already starting to live up to the hype he had coming out of the draft. It’s odd to say a seventh rounder had any hype, but that was indeed the case with Braverman who many analysts thought would push for playing time and star in the slot receiver role this year.
Thus far in camp, Braverman has looked very good and the Bears have already moved him all the way up to the second team on their depth chart for the game against the Broncos. He’s going to see plenty of action against first and second teamers in the first half and Bears fans will start to get a look if he’s the real deal and ready to push Eddie Royal for not just a roster spot, but a starting spot.
