Five Positive Chicago Bears Performances in Preseason loss to Denver Broncos

4. Bryce Callahan, CB
Not everything was good for Callahan. He did get torched by Demaryius Thomas on the Broncos first quarter touchdown but he settled down after that. On the following possession, Callahan managed to tip a pass that linebacker Jerrell Freeman intercepted.
His coverage throughout the rest of his game was spot on and he also came up during running plays as well. Callahan managed three tackles and looked solid defensively. He showed why there is a buzz in NFL circles that he’s one of the best nickel corners in the league and is someone that Chicago should be able to rely on during the regular season.
