Despite some positives, the Bears will fall to the Texans. This game will be close heading into the fourth quarter, something in the vicinity of 21-20 Houston. Both teams will have their opportunities to win the game, but it will be Osweiler taking advantage of the Bears secondary that will get them into field goal range a couple of times which will be enough to hold off the upstart Bears.

Cutler will march his offense down the field in the fourth quarter on at least one occasion, but Watt will be enough of a nuisance that the Bears won’t find the end zone in the final stanza. Newly acquired kicker Connor Barth will be an upgrade over Robbie Gould. He will go three for three on his field goal attempts for the game, but the Bears will fall just short (unless you’re in Vegas).

Final Score- Houston Texans 27, Chicago Bears 23
