The Chicago Bears are off to an 0-2 start. Who’s to blame for another slow start and the makings of another lost season?

The Chicago Bears are off to a disappointing 0-2 start after an embarrassing 29-14 loss to rookie quarterback Carson Wentz, rookie head coach Doug Pederson and the visiting Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football.

The loss pushes the Bears home record under head coach John Fox to 1-8 while the Bears have gone 3-14 since 2013.  What is it about playing at Soldier Field that’s so tough for the Bears to deal with?

The Bears have had a lot of gut-wrenching losses in the last few years. Heck, the entire Phil Emery/Marc Trestman was pretty much a washout. The fact is, the Bears haven’t been in the playoffs since 2010! It’s been a decade since their last Super Bowl appearance and most of you weren’t alive or couldn’t read the last time they actually won a Super Bowl.  Even if you’re a diehard fan like me, your patience has been pushed to its very limits. I’m at my wit’s end with this team.  I’m sick and tired of the Bears being a bottom feeder and a laughingstock.

There are a lot of questions that need to be answered, but after another slow start and the makings of yet another lost season, you’ve got to ask – who’s to blame for this mess? There are plenty of worthy (or unworthy) candidates to pin the blame on. Is it the players, or a specific player? Is it the coaching staff? Is it the General Manager? Is it ownership?
