The good news for the Bears is that inside linebacker Danny Trevathan should be back in the starting lineup, after missing the last two games due to having surgery on his thumb. He and fellow inside linebacker Jerrell Freeman should help keep Chicago’s front seven stout against the Colts’ ground attack. But will Trevathan’s return be enough for the Bears’ 26th ranked run defense? Indianapolis’ running game isn’t much to write home about, but could have an unexpected big day against the Bears. But, seeing that three of the Colts’ first four opponents have ranked in the bottom half of the league in run defense, and acknowledging that they have yet to rush for over 100 yards as a team in a game, Chicago just might find it easy to stop the run.

Advantage: Bears
