It was a joy to watch Jordan Howard breakout last Sunday against the Detroit Lions. The rookie proved that he is going to be a legitimate NFL running back for plenty of years. Howard has speed, power, can catch passes, and can also pass block. That is the recipe for a 3-down back.

The Colts defense is struggling and they will continue to struggle this week. The Bears offensive line is coming together. The interior trio of Kyle Long, Cody Whitehair and Josh Sitton is playing as good as any G/C/G combo in the league and Charles Leno has been steadily improving throughout the season.

Howard is going to have another very effective game as the Bears’ workhorse. He will crack 100 yards again and don’t be surprised if he finds his way into the end zone.
