Here are the best twitter responses after the Chicago Bears announced the signing of Mark Sanchez.
When the Chicago Bears officially announced on twitter that they had signed Mark Sanchez, it was no surprise that most people weren’t too pleased with the idea. Sanchez hasn’t had much success in the NFL the last few years and it seems that the most famous moment of his career is when he ran into the rump of one of his offensive linemen causing him to fumble. Of course, that moment just had to be against the New England Patriots, and of course, they just had to return the fumble for a touchdown.
That’s what Mark Sanchez has become. A punchline to a variety of jokes. With Bears fans already frustrated coming off of the 2016 season and having concerned about 2017 after a lackluster free agency period, it was no surprise when twitter erupted after the announcement.

Not the most positive of responses. But, it’s good for a laugh. Unfortunately, it’s not a laughing matter, it’s reality. Hopefully, this is just a blip in the history of Chicago Bears’ football and he’s not on the roster by the beginning of the season. We can only hope.
