The Chicago Bears have announced when training camp will be kicking off this July.

Chicago Bears fans should circle July 26th on their calendars. That is when the Bears’ players will be officially reporting to training camp. Practices will be open to the public so Bears’ fans will get their opportunity to see all the new additions as the Mike Glennon/Mitch Trubisky Era officially gets underway.

Training camp this year should be very interesting. Fans will get their first look at Mitch Trubisky and see if he has the golden touch that Ryan Pace expects him to have. Of course, fans will also get a chance to see Mike Glennon as well. The Bears also have a brand new secondary, so fans can also watch Quintin Demps, Eddie Jackson, Marcus Cooper and Prince Amukamara.

There are plenty of other questions surrounding the team. Will Cameron Meredith take the next step? Can Kevin White stay on the field? Will Jordan Howard repeat his tremendous rookie season? Can Jonathan Bullard rebound after a bumpy rookie season?

Those question marks go on (and on and on and on). The 2017 season for the Chicago Bears is a critical one. If they don’t take strides in the right direction, John Fox is going to be a part of the unemployment line. Ryan Pace has probably bought himself a couple of seasons with the Trubisky pick, but the development of the team around him is also critical for his job security. It all begins during training camp on July 26th.

Training camp will be held at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais.
