Former Bear Brandon Marshall: Still a locker room cancer
Former Chicago Bear Brandon Marshall is apparently still a locker room problem.
NY Jets defensive lineman Sheldon Richardson clearly referenced Brandon Marshall as a locker room issue for the 2016 Jets.

For the slow-witted among us, and the Packer fans who have stumbled into Bear territory, his 15 reasons are a direct reference to Brandon Marshall’s jersey number. Keep in mind, however, Richardson is responsible for the following gem that ultimately led to his disagreement with Marshall.

Despite saying he learned from his locker room antics in Chicago, it’s fairly clear Marshall has learned nothing.
There is no change since the Chicago locker room explosion.
Brandon Marshall famously blew up in the Chicago locker room after the Bears lost to the Dolphins. His outburst was heard outside the locker room. It was confirmed in various ways by multiple members of the press.

distracting off-field problems. When Brandon Marshall was traded to the Jets, the trade was tied to contract ramifications, cap savings, and chemistry. All were probably a factor. Make no mistake, however, Marshall was definitely a distraction off the field.
Aside from the rant after the Dolphins loss, there was the “Inside the NFL” issue. He caused distractions when he insisted on flying to NY once a week to make a television appearance.
Additionally, there was the time he put his foot in his mouth when he agreed to buyer’s remorse with Jay Cutler’s contract.
And who could forget the time he challenged a Lions’ fan to a fight?
Expect fireworks in New York this year. The Giants won’t have two footballs on the field at the same time for him and Odell Beckham Jr. Conversely, expect sighs of relief from Bears’ fans. It’s pretty clear at this point Ryan Pace made the right decision moving on from Marshall.
