Re-Grading Chicago Bears 2015 NFL Draft
3. Hroniss Grasu, C, Oregon
To keep with the theme of the class. Grasu has flashed in spurts but has been hampered by injuries. It took some time, but as a rookie, Grasu was able to start in eight games and win the starting center job. However, last offseason Grasu tore his ACL and was sidelined for the entire season. While you should not lose your job due to injury, rookie Cody Whitehair stepped in for Grasu and essentially won a long-term starting job. Now, Grasu will likely enter the season as the backup center and a swing guard who can step in and play anywhere on the interior. It is a key piece for any line to have, but may not be what Grasu had in store for himself after his rookie season.
4. Jeremy Langford, RB, Michigan State
As a rookie, an injury to Matt Forte gave Langford a chance to shine and win a starting spot. Langford did fine, amassing seven total touchdowns, with his most impressive attribute being his 22 receptions for 279 yards. Langford was locked into the starting running back spot as he entered camp in 2016. However, just like every other pick in this draft, an injury occurred. Langford struggled out of the gate, and when Jordan Howard dominated while Langford was on the sideline, it was abundantly clear who the better talent was. Now, Langford enters camp with his job on the line as Benny Cunningham and Tarik

5. Adrian Amos, S, Penn State
The Bears traded their fifth-round pick last year in a deal that landed them Brock Vereen and Charles Leno. However, the Bears ended up trading Brandon Marshall, and their 2015 seventh round pick to get back into the fifth round this year. With the selection, starting safety Adrian Amos.
Amos looks to be a decent hit for a fifth round pick. He has started 30 games in his career and has 129 tackles. Amos does not have great coverage skills, and that is what put him into the later rounds. However, he displays solid recognition and is a great form tackler in the box. The Bears added Quintin Demps, a good compliment to Amos and it should be the most help Amos has had in the backend since being drafted. While losing Marshall, who continues to thrive in the NFL does hurt, the seventh round pick lost was traded for Zac Stacy, who is no longer in the league. The Rams ended up taking linebacker Bryce Hager, who has been a special teams piece.
