Five Things we learned from Bears preseason

The cornerback depth is questionable
We came in unsure of what to expect from the group and we walk away even more concerned. Prince Amukamara missed snaps throughout the preseason with some nagging injuries, which has been his reputation recently.
Marcus Cooper and Kyle Fuller have been the best two cornerbacks, but they may be benefitting from that front seven more than earning their keep. Neither has looked of the caliber to be a number one cornerback on a contending team. On top of all of that, the nickel position is going to be a major question that could last throughout the season.
The team may not even know who is starting in week one in any of their three

positions. The safety group got sorted out with the additions from the offseason. The cornerback group is now even more confusing. They will have to figure something out this season, but as of right now it is arguably the team’s most questionable position.
