Chicago Bears Schedule: Can They Win a September Game?

The Steelers are favored to be one of the top teams in the AFC and will be a big challenge for the Bears. They boast a powerful rushing attack led by one of the NFL’s best running backs in Le’Veon Bell. Pittsburgh has a potent passing game featuring Antonio Brown along with their quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger. Pittsburg will be one of the best teams the Bears see this season but Chicago will put up a good fight.
Chicago’s defense, when healthy, can be a solid if not spectacular defense and they might be able to match up well against Pittsburg’s offense. While the Steelers have some big-time weapons, they don’t have great depth at those positions. If the Bears could manage to keep the cuffs on Bell and Brown, the Bears might be able to even things up a little bit.
If Chicago’s defense can put a clamp on the Steelers’ offense this will be a much closer game. But leaving it up to the just the defense to help keep in this one is a lot to ask. Hopefully, the Bears offense will be in much better shape in this game and can help contribute to a possible win. The problem is, Chicago doesn’t have a huge stable of offensive weapons to help them keep up or come back in a game like this.
Going up against a tough Steeler defense, it’s hard to see Chicago’s offense being able to do much.

This is a good matchup but, again, the Bears will struggle. It will be closer than people think but unfortunately, it will be another loss for the Bears.
But, the Chicago’s time will come.
