Pressure on Aaron Rodgers

So far this season, Chicago’s pass rush has been putting good pressure on opposing quarterbacks, but only have seven sacks to show for it. If there’s a time for the Bears’ front seven to come alive against the passing game, it’s now. Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is currently second in the NFL in passing yards with 967. That may appear to be bad news for Chicago, but what could work in their favor is Green Bay’s porous offensive line. The Packers have surrendered the second-most sacks through the first three weeks of the 2017 season (13). Let’s not forget that Leonard Floyd had his breakout game against Green Bay last year, sacking Rodgers twice, which included a forced fumble and recovery for a touchdown. Floyd has yet to record a sack this season. Maybe lightening will strike twice in Lambeau Field for the two-year veteran.
