Chicago Bears Week Five Staff Picks
Who do the staff members of Bear Goggles On staff predict to win the Chicago Bears Week Five Monday Night Football matchup with the Minnesota Vikings?
Last week the majority of the staffers saw a Packers win and predicted it. Only one writer went with the Bears upset. Of course, that did not pan out. Along with Alex Beamer calling the outright win, Jesse Tamayo saw the Bears at least keeping it close, close enough to cover the seven point spread. Parker Hurley and his ATS streak continue and everyone except the two braves soles picked up their first ATS win of the season. Who do the experts have as the Bears host the division rival Minnesota Vikings in Mitchell Trubisky’s debut?
Name | Score | Winner | Who Covers the spread? | Record (ATS) |
Alex Beamer | 17-13 | Bears | Bears | 3-1 (0-4) |
William Ingalls | 24-17 | Vikings | Vikings | 2-2 (1-3) |
Jesse Tamayo | 17-10 | Vikings | Vikings | 1-3 (0-4) |
Joshua Diaz | 24-17 | Vikings | Vikings | 2-2 (1-3) |
Bill Zimmerman | 27-23 | VIkings | Vikings | 3-1 (1-3) |
Parker Hurley | 19-13 | Bears | Bears | 3-1 (4-0) |
Julain Green | 20-17 | Vikings | Bears | 3-1 (1-3) |
Parker Hurley is putting his ATS win streak on the line with the upset pick and the Bears out right win. He must have Mitch-mania on his mind. However, he is not alone as Alex Beamer once again is calling for the upset and the Bears win. The rest of the crew has the Vikings winning out right. Everyone except Julian Green also has the Vikings covering the small spread of just 3.5 We will find out if Mitchell can keep the hot streak rolling for Parker and can get Alex his first ATS victory.
