With Week 8 on the horizon, the Chicago Bears will hope to keep their arrow pointing up when they travel to the Big Easy to face the New Orleans Saints. The Bears (3-4) are winners of their last two games, and with a victory over the Saints (4-2), they will go into their bye week with a .500 record. More importantly, with a Detroit Lions loss to go along with a potential win, Chicago will climb up one spot in the NFC North standings.

New Orleans, on the other hand, is riding the wave of a four-game winning streak—the second-longest streak in the NFL entering Week 8. The Bears have lost the last three meetings against the Saints, and may find it a bit difficult to snap this skid when it comes to their offense trying to keep up with New Orleans’ high-scoring unit.

This week, the Bears traded a draft pick to the Los Angeles Chargers for wide receiver Dontrelle Inman. We all know that Chicago’s passing game has been virtually nonexistent due to injuries and a lack of playmakers. It’s not set in stone whether or not Inman will play this week for Chicago, but if he does, his impact on the Bears’ aerial attack will be worth watching.
